The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation has declared the activities of Crimean Tatar Foundation undesirable in Russia. The Foundation was established in 2021 in the USA and is located in New York.

The Foundation provides support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, supplying the Ukrainian military with unmanned aerial vehicles, protective gear, generators, transport, as well as communications and surveillance equipment.

It also holds lectures, conferences, and exhibitions that distort the history of the deportation of the Crimean Tatar population and promote narratives about the alleged “occupation of Crimea” and “Russian aggression against Ukraine”.
