Born in 1975 in Sevastopol.

In 1997 he graduated from the Higher Naval School of Submarine Navigation named after the Lenin Komsomol. In 2002 he graduated from Saint Petersburg State University with a degree in Jurisprudence.

In 2001 he served as Assistant to the Leningrad–Moscow Transport Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Saint Petersburg, and subsequently as Assistant to the Saint Petersburg Railway Transport Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Saint Petersburg.

2002–2004 – Assistant to the Saint Petersburg Transport Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Saint Petersburg.

2004–2007 – Senior Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision over Implementation of Laws on Transport and within Customs Authorities of the Prosecutor’s Office of Saint Petersburg.

2007–2009 – Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision over Implementation of Federal Laws of the Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation in the Northwestern Federal District.

2009–2010 – Head of the Division for Supervision over Implementation of Laws and Protection of Citizens’ Rights in the Social Sphere of the Department for Supervision over Implementation of Laws and Legality of Legal Acts of the Prosecutor’s Office of Saint Petersburg.

2010–2011 – Head of the Division for Supervision over Compliance with Federal Laws of the Prosecutor’s Office of Leningrad Oblast.

2011–2012 – Head of the Department for Supervision over Implementation of Federal Laws of the Prosecutor’s Office of Leningrad Oblast.

From 2012 he served in the Prosecutor’s Office of Saint Petersburg, holding the positions of Deputy Head of the Department for Supervision over Implementation of Federal Laws, Prosecutor of the Kurortny District of Saint Petersburg, Deputy Prosecutor of Saint Petersburg, and First Deputy Prosecutor of Saint Petersburg.

2021–2026 – Prosecutor of Saint Petersburg.

2026 – present – Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.

Repeatedly commended and awarded state and departmental decorations for strengthening the rule of law and public order.
